Ordering Al Ritt Flies
All orders are done through email. Just send us a note stating what items you would like to purchase. We’ll send you an invoice for your order and you may pay by check or through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account specify that you would like a PayPal invoice and list the e-mail address associated with your account. Please note, if you pay by check your order will not ship until your check clears.
Your flies will be tied by Al personally (unless you request to have something tied by Diana).
How to Order:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and list the pattern, size and quantity of each fly. Please note there is a minimum quantity for each color of each pattern you order, the minimum is listed in the description of each pattern. The minimum applies to color only, you may mix sizes as long as they are all the same color. For instance, if the minimum is 3 you may order all 3 one size, 1 each of 3 different sizes, or 2 of one size and 1 of another. All 3 must be the same color though. You may order any quantity above the minimum you wish. The minimum will apply to each color you order.
We ship to US addresses only through USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. If you live in Colorado appropriate sales tax will be added to your order. If you live near Longmont, let us know if you would like to arrange to pick up your items.
Because we do not stock flies it may be 2 to 3 weeks before your order is ready to ship (depending on the quantity and complexity of the patterns, orders placed before yours and my travel schedule). If there will be a longer delay than that due to circumstances such as material shortages I will contact you. You may choose to take the flies as soon as I am able to complete them, discuss a partial shipment with the balance to be shipped as soon as they are completed, or you may choose to cancel or delay your order.
